Libertarian Parties of Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky and Tennessee Unite for Tornado Relief
It’s always time to help those in need in voluntary ways
NASHVILLE, TENNESEE (December 12, 2021) – The Libertarian Parties of Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky and Tennessee have mobilized to support and assist the victims of the tornado that hit parts of each state on December 11.
The storms that ravaged our region have caused immeasurable damage. Families are displaced, properties are destroyed, and people are left without answers. To provide a remedy for those most in need, we are collecting monetary donations for recuperation efforts. Funds will be used to defray associated costs to provide food, emergency response kits, and other immediate consumable resources. Your support is greatly appreciated.

As Libertarians, we know that every tragedy such as this one presents a new opportunity to lift people out of their situations through voluntary action. Our affiliates believe it is this form of response, rather than deference to the coercion of the state, that will best help those suffering most.
The Libertarian Party believes the answer to America’s political problems is the same commitment to freedom that earned America its greatness: a free-market economy and the abundance and prosperity it brings; a dedication to civil liberties and personal freedom; and a foreign policy of non-intervention, peace, and free trade as prescribed by America’s founders.
