*** Educational Transformation: Flexibility ***

My fellow Arkansans, as I listen to parents, teachers and administrators in education around our state an underlying issue stands out.

Flexibility

Books, buildings, curriculum, and budget are all cited as inflexible obstacles to better educating our children.

If you want to help me work for more flexibility in our education system will you donate $10, $25, $100, or more at www.markwest4governor.com/donate.php ?

If elected Governor I will promote flexibility in our education system by:

-Empowering parents with education tax credits and exemptions for choosing to home school or use online learning systems.

-Empowering local school districts to modernize by transitioning into ebooks/readers.

-Empowering local communities to provide internet infrastructure through series of tax cuts.

-Empowering local school districts to sell old buildings that aren't being used by recommending regulatory changes.

-Empowering teachers with flexibility by un-tethering any funding that is tied to performance State standardized testing.

-Empowering teachers with tax credits and exemptions as well as pay incentives to offer curriculum for online learners to help provide better teaching opportunities in rural communities.

-Empowering school districts by developing additional, free market funding options that aren't tethered to fickle property values which are causing less funding for impoverished areas.

Providing more flexibility for our education system is vital to making Arkansas the Destination State for Educational Liberty.

Empowering Liberty. Empowering You. Empowering Arkansas.

Don't forget to tune in to a Facebook Live Townhall on Monday, August 20th at 7:30 to discuss our education plan.
