At a meeting yesterday (May 4, 2024), the Executive Committee of the Libertarian Party of Arkansas passed a resolution strongly objecting to the invitations sent to President Biden and former President Trump to speak at the Libertarian National Convention. In a letter sent to the members of the LNC this afternoon, the LPAR Executive Committee summarized their grievances, called for the invitations to be rescinded, and that the scheduled speaking arrangement for former President Trump be cancelled.
