Michael Pakko has agreed to take over the Second District Representative position that was left open due to the resignation for personal reasons by Kenneth Davis. We thank Kenneth for his work and support in this area.
Michael is the Chief Economist and State Economic Forecaster at the Institute for Economic Advancement at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is also a former research economist for the Federal Reserve in St. Louis. He is a former chair of the St. Louis Libertarian Party and became a member of the Arkansas Libertarian Party when he moved to Little Rock. We are very excited to have him with us and as the Second District Representative.
