James Michael Hood is the Fourth District Representative to the LPAR Executive Committee.  Lifelong resident of Arkansas. Born in Pine Bluff and family roots here since the 1920s. Graduated high school in 1971, the year the Libertarian party was started. Inspired by Harry Browne to become Libertarian, joined the Garland County Libertarians. Started the Jefferson County Libertarians. Served as delegate to two national conventions.
