The Cato Institute just had a free webcast Film Premier showing of the new DVD movie “10 Rules for Dealing with Police” from Flex Your Rights.
It is a short film, only about 45 minutes long, and it is narrated by William “Billy” Murphy, former judge and defense attorney in Maryland. Using skits and narration, it is an entertaining and informative way to familiarize yourself with your rights and how you should handle yourself when having encounters with police offices, whether in a traffic stop or at your home.
