After three ballot rounds, Mark Hinkle is the new LP Chair. The Arkansas Libertarian Party has officially become affiliated with Region 4 in the LNC. Region 4 includes: Alabama, California, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Arkansas.
