Libertarians note anniversary of bad Kelo decision

WASHINGTON – Tomorrow, June 23, marks the fifth anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court’s Kelo v. New London decision. Today the Libertarian Party published the following open letter:

We, the state chairs of the Libertarian Party, and members of the Libertarian National Committee (LNC), wish to call attention to the fifth anniversary of the wrongful Kelo v. New London decision by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Libertarian Party state head resigns

ARKANSAS DEMOCRAT-GAZETTE

The Arkansas Libertarian Party announced Friday the resignation of the party’s longtime state chairman, Gerhard Langguth of Russellville.

Libertarians are more economically literate

In a Zogby International survey of 4,835  American adults, those identifying themselves as Libertarian (when asked for political party affiliation) scored less wrong answers than those identifying themselves as Republicans and Democrats. Judicial Committee Election Results at the National Convention
